What You Need To Make This Recipe For Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies:

Apple Cider Vinegar – while you can use any type of ACV you like, unfiltered apple cider vinegar is the really beneficial kind.

Honeyraw honey is proven to be both anti-fungal and antiviral, making it a great immune booster. So, not just a good way to sweeten these gummies, but honey also adds to their health benefits!

Gelatin Powder – you could just use Knox gelatin from your regular grocery store, but it will not be as healthy as using grass-fed beef gelatin.

Tart Cherry Juice 100% tart cherry juice has been shown to reduce inflammation and swelling in the joints. It also contains powerful antioxidants that can fight infection and boost your immune system!

How to Make Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies:

Prepare – Mix the gelatin and 1/4 cup of cherry juice in a small bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes to “bloom”

Mix – In a saucepan over low heat, heat remaining 1/4 cup of tart cherry juice and apple cider vinegar until it is just starting to simmer. (not boiling)

Remove saucepan from heat and add in the honey, and bloomed gelatin mixture. Stir until well combined.

Pour – Carefully pour the hot mixture into the gummy molds, using a spoon or eye dropper.

Let Sit – Refrigerate the gummies for an hour until they are firm.
