The wonders and benefits of using the RENPHO foot massager
A foot massage increases the circulation in your feet and helps your blood and lymph systems carry away toxins. The very process of a foot massage sends messages to the rest of your body to relax. Massaging the feet targets the rest of the body, too. Reflexology therapy helps correct imbalances in the body by stimulating specific areas of your feet. And proper and targeted stimulation of the feet can ease tension all over your body, especially your legs and lower back.
A foot massage is a great way to pamper someone special and help them unwind after a long day. As an added benefit, foot massages can also help to treat issues like headaches, insomnia, and stress.
With all that punishment, feet need a lot of care to keep them healthy. They get sore and tired. They get crampy and stiff. They can swell, sweat and ache. That’s where a foot massage comes in.
1
Shiatsu Therapy with Heat and Air Pressure
The RENPHO foot massager is ergonomically designed for maximum comfort. It offers a deep-kneading Shiatsu massage, heated, air-pressure massage. It can improve the blood flow, relieve chronic foot pain from plantar fasciitis, and help with neuropathic foot numbness.
Foot massage feels good not only because you’ll feel your muscles relax, but also because the massage increases the release of hormones in your body that create relaxation and a sense of calm, and decreases the release of hormones that keep you tense and stressed.

What's happening panda nation.

Peter von panda here, it's time to treat your feet as you know, I like to sit around and relax, maybe be a little slothful.

But when I'm sitting around, I also would like to rejuvenate.

And so I picked this up it's, a red bow, foot massager.

And it was a really good deal.

And I don't have anything like this because of its size so I've had some of the calf ankle foot massages, perform really like them.

Now the box is actually pretty big as you can see here.

And then here is the foot massager kind of looks like a big bag it in some ways it's, a really nice, subtle charcoal, like plastic and see it's pretty light actually.

So I mean, it has some weight, but it's, not nearly as heavy as some of those other foot massagers.

Okay, you know, four feet down here on the bottom, and you have little rubber feet on there.

And then on the top you have like this nylon fabric, it kind of feels like a neoprene or like a spandex.

And you put your feet in here.

My fingers are almost touching right up there.

So you have pretty big feet that should be pretty large enough.

And then on the top, you have like a control panel that faces.

You a little a little panel that lights up power button in the middle.

And then it looks like we have timed massage button intensity and then air intensity and then heat.

We also have a power cable here, kind of looks like a laptop.

Power cord.

Plug is actually a little hidden there on the right side.

So you just put this in there.

And now you can plug it in dual-pronged on grounded outlet.

And now I'm gonna go ahead and get my feet, massaged and see what we think of it.

So I got this little bad.

Boy, plugged in here and I'm just gonna go ahead and stick my ginormous feet in here.

Plenty of space.

Haha, yeah, I've got size 10 feet and I would say I can push my toes up even further I, don't know, 11 12.

Maybe if your feet are larger than 11 or 12, this probably isn't going to be big enough for you, but plenty of space side to side to so wide feet.

Shouldn't, be a problem and I'm gonna go ahead and hit the power button.

Right there, ooh, ooh, it's going already.

Yeah, baby.

So I can feel like there are these kneading textured, kneading rolls, right underneath my feet and I'm, trying to tell you where they're going up and down, ooh so they're kind of rolling like this.

And then they stop and then roll again, they're, right under like the middle portion of the bridge of my feet.

They feel good moving nice and slow.

So I'm gonna just go ahead and step up intensity in the air intensity.

Your turn off heat, it's already warm and then rad, right? There means it's gonna go for 15 minutes switch to blue, ooh, the intensity ahh I'll, tell you what there are like these air bladders on the top of your feet.

And when you hit the intensity up or level up there, they seem to fill up and kind of push your feet down into those rulers.

So I'm getting those rulers moving faster and they're putting more pressure on the bottom, and that feels great dude.

So that air intensity high is what's going on.

So this really controls like the speed of the rulers I think and this controls how hard your feet are being pressed on those rollers man, dude, this feels awesome.

Oh, my gosh, 30 minutes only I'll tell you what if you're on your feet all day, maybe you don't wear the most comfortable shoes and I'm, not sure if there's all sorts of reasons as it could hurt you're, active you're out doing sporty things walking around I, don't know, man, this feels maze balls.

You can hear it kind of as it's like exhausting a little air from those air bladders in the peat.

So it kind of inflates pushes your feet into the rulers.

Deflates lets your feet massage and then inflates them.

Again.

Man, dude, this feels great I actually love that air intensity piece because I pushed your feet down in a lot of these massages you're, just kind of resting your feet.

And so you don't get really kind of deep tissue type of massaging effect.

And this really does it holy smokes? Yes, dude.

This is maybe the best foot massager I have ever tried ever like.

You know, what I'm in Brooke stones or the airport or whatever, you know, I have bought foot massage years before this thing is, oh my gosh.

This thing is the most satisfying one I've ever ever tried.

Let alone honed I, tell you what this thing isn't that expensive either if you want to pick one of these up I, picked it up on Amazon, it's, nice and compact, easy the store way light.

And so you can carry it around and put it in a closet or in a drawer.

And this is awesome check.

It out link is in the description below peter von panda out.
